New update
Since the new update I’m having to constantly log back in to this app
I enter my pin …then get the message you’ve been logged out.
I enter my login details it then goes back to add a pin …so I add a pin !
Use the app and then next time I open it I have to go through the whole process again.
Beyond belief…
I updated the latest version of this app a couple of days ago, and have had the same problems others have mentioned.
Now I’m amazed to see I apparently have ‘unlimited’ broadband with no charge showing, landline calls £5.36 (not only have we not made any calls on the landline - it’s only there at £3 per month because we have an emergency care button for my husband). And still no cost or usage for our mobile numbers - I despair 😩
Does not stay logged in
The app keeps logging out so I’m having to enter my user name and password every time.

Please sort the app out, when I log in on Face ID is says your logged out please log in again & you have to set up your passcode again every time. Very frustrating, I never use to have this problem
Speed Test
Well enough is enough. The speed test function is still broken even after another update.
I will no longer complain or ask for help with this issue. Just fix it at your convenience 🤬😤

Had to delete and download a few times . Needs my pin every time and asked me to sign in every time.
Never had to do that before. click on my usage and it goes to the webpage so I still cannot see what usage I have on my broadband. It’s imperative to keep a check on how much Internet I am using. Can you please sort this app out. Thank you.
Can’t log in
I keep getting sorry unable to log you in. Try going through the full log in and get same message.

Unable to manage my bt through this app. Constantly sending me through a log in loop and error 41 codes.
What an embarrassment of an app
Every time you open the app you have to sign in from scratch. Absolutely hopelessly pathetic effort from one of the biggest companies in the UK. Get this sorted, please. 😡
