My BT is the easiest way to check your recent usage, view and pay your bills, get help when you need it and much more.



With a few taps you can see how much you’re using on your BT landline, broadband, TV and mobile, check your current broadband status and pay your bills quickly and easily.



You’ll need your BT ID to log in – but after that you can use a 4-digit PIN or fingerprint ID for quick access when you need it.

Going off the reviews I’m not the only one with this issue. Used to work great, but a few months ago the app logs you out, and it was difficuilt to log back on. Now it is completly impossible, the login screen loops over and over again, but nothing happens. Will be fun paying my bill 😊

This is by far the worst broadband service I have ever experienced, terrible connection speeds, constantly breaking down with operators who don’t listen to an actual word you at telling them. They just send out a replacement router then threaten to take £40 odd from you if you don’t send back the old one that isn’t broken in the first place. Terrible company

Not impressed, no Wi-Fi all over Christmas! Unable to catch up on tv or use Wi-Fi. House full of family and limited signal very frustrating at the worse possible time of year. Extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. 
Line to Bt customer service is far too noisy, I could hear everyone’s conversations in the background.I am still only receiving two bars on my iPhone, not the service I feel we are paying for. Please look into these matters.

Generally fine and v easy to use. I’ve noticed that the speed test feature stops at approx 68% then the smart hub 2 crashes out and the lights go orange.

Whenever using app is an awful experience through and through. Why would you need to set up a 4-digit pin every single time, just to get logged out next time, like what’s even the point. And don’t even get me started with the login page… After keying in the credentials, they take you to a page says, not a BT customer yet? Restart? Like what the…….. please I just need to pay my bills so I can get reconnected like what’s this suffering I can’t. And let’s just not talk about the £60+ monthly bill.

We got with BT because they gave a promising package with a discount in which they’ve took off within a month of us having them. Since we got with BT, we’ve been having internet issues where everything is slow. We have consoles in our house and it makes them lag so much. Recently in December 2024 our wifi has been cut off for 3 weeks now and we have called BT numerous times to sort this out in which they’ve said an engineer will come to sort it out, yet no engineer wants to fix the problem. We are having to buy mobile data constantly and using hotspot to connect. Now we want to cancel this service because of the lack of communication and customer service but haven’t been granted. This is really poor and would recommend going to Virgin Media as they was always reliable
