Kein Support
Import funktioniert schon lange nicht mehr. Der Entwickler scheint das auch nicht mehr reparieren zu wollen. Auf Emails wird nicht reagiert. Schade um diese coole App.
Top - Nutze ich täglich - Update misslungen teils
Moin, super App, nutze ich täglich seit Jahren. Warum 1 und keine 4/5 Sterne: Seit 07.08.2023 aufeinmal hängt sich die App auf und der Screen feiert ein! Bitte umgebend BugFixxing betreiben

Moin , geht es eigentlich den letzten Kontostand in den neuen Monat zu übernehmen?
Leider mittlerweile sehr langsam
War früher eine tolle App. Leider mittlerweile fast unnutzbare Performance. Vom Support keine Antwort. Schade!
Der Support zeigt keine Reaktion
Kann ich nur bestätigen. Ich habe schon mehrmals Anfragen an den Support geschickt. Leider ohne Reaktion:-(.
Nicht benutzen.kein support mehr!
8 Jahre super App und nun kein support mehr. Keine Antwort.nix. Beschämend. Datenbankfehler lassen sich nicht lösen. der Herr scheint mit Kriegsspielapps nun mehr Money zu machen und hat seriöse Arbeit , wie bisher nicht nötig.
CSV Import über iTunes
Gibt es iTunes überhaupt noch? Habe mir die App extra für den CSV Import gekauft. Ziemlich ärgerlich.
Eigentlich gut, aber eigenmächtige Termine nerven
Bei neuen Eingaben springt der Kalendereintrag immer zu einen phantasievollen Datum, und muss aufwendig auf das tatsächlich Buchungsdatum korrigiert werden, sofern man es merkt oder man dran denkt. Wenn nicht, landet der Eintrag irgendwann in der Zukunft. Das hat mich so genervt, dass ich die App nach einem Monat wieder deinstalliert hab.
Support lässt nach
Ich nutze die App seit Jahren und finde sie wirklich richtig richtig gut. Ohne sie wäre ich komplett aufgeschmissen. Diverse andere Apps ausprobiert, alle wieder gelöscht weil unübersichtlich oder zu viel, was man nicht braucht. Aber in letzter Zeit gibt es immer häufiger Fehlermeldung und auf Email-Anfragen bekommt man leider gar keine Antwort mehr. War mal anders. Hoffe, dass es nicht dazu führt, dass die App irgendwann vor sich hin dümpelt weil sie nicht mehr bedient wird. Kann manche Buchungen leider nicht mehr bearbeiten, nicht mal löschen geht. Wäre schön wenn das Problem behoben wird.
