## My Burger App Reviews in United States

### **--- "Delivery System Is Flawed"
The delivery system seems to give the orders to DoorDash, but it doesn’t seem fully automated. I submitted an order with a correct address, but after a few calls from the driver, I was shown a completely incorrect address in the DoorDash system.

Both the house number and street number had single letter typos that made it impossible for the driver to locate me. I have to assume the only way this would occur is a human poorly typing in the address given to the MyBurger app.
-- QBassett, 2024-10-05

### *---- "cant update password"
no email sent to me to reset password

just try using app. very glitchy
-- goodname9999, 2024-09-22

### *---- "Terrible"
The Pp just doesn't work
-- Cheesepuff121, 2024-08-24

### *---- "Charged but order didn’t go through."
Ordered through the app. Order went through Apple Pay, and I was charged. Store didn’t get the order. Waited at store for an hour for them to make the food. Store is aware of this issue as a frequent one.
Where the flaw is, they aren’t sure. Seems like a failure with Apple and the restaurant.
-- Gmoneydrum, 2024-08-11

### ****- "Fine"
Kinda hard to work the customization.
Also, I had to have a side.
-- review Guybo, 2024-07-17

### ***** "Great burgers, great app!!"
Incredibly easy to use, super helpful when ordering for my big fam and wanting to just pick up in store. Some issues early on, but they seem to have sorted those out over time.

Loyalty rewards are a nice addition, I just need to start actually using them and saving some cheddar, bahaha.
-- djtanner1003, 2024-05-29

### *---- "In store failure"
Countless times the app won’t work in store
-- JB!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!, 2024-05-29

### ***** "Consistently superior"
Five star all around! food quality, environment and staff are always a great experience.
-- ReturnToHome, 2024-04-13

### **--- "Your special instructions do not exist"
Got in a kind of heated one with this dumb kid behind the counter. He told me there is no special instructions field on the app. So I just started ordering on it in front of him and showed him THE WORTHLESS SPOT THAT CANT BE READ. He didn’t like being wrong but really the customer loses here. The food is fine but the app and the customer service attitude needs a lot of work.
-- bluemeanieface, 2024-04-08

### ***-- "Keychain incompatibility"
I am unable to add my credentials for this app to my keychain in my apple products, rendering use of this app as cumbersome.
