-- SJonRoc, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Immediately crash after open the app"
Immediately crash after open the app
-- IRAIRASURUYO, 2024-12-03

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
This app doesn’t work.
I can’t do my check ins, ever!
The hyper byte device will connect but when I try to use it it disconnects.
I’ve contacted customer support 3 times and they are not helpful whatsoever
-- christina.root85, 2024-11-26

### *---- "I haven’t even been able to open the app."
Every time I try to open the app it immediately crashes! I’ve tried deleting it and then redownloading it but still nothing. This whole process has been a nightmare.
-- user124947294, 2024-11-25

### ****- "No response to check in’s or inquiries"
My experience using this app and the program has been great with one exception. To set some context, you sign up, pay for the impression kit, they arrive and you perform the impressions and take some selfies. The company will be super helpful and answering questions related to anything related to experience, insurance, process, etc. Once you get the aligners delivered, you need to progress your way through them (i.e. I have 11 top’s and 5 bottom’s). You wear the first set, your teeth align, use the second set, they align and so on. You will reach a point where you are not sure if it’s time to progress to the next aligner set. There are routine check in’s and you can submit a help request, but out of the 3-4 I raised I only got 1 answer. I am not sure if this is a staffing issue on the customer success side of the business or if they are not getting my requests. For that reason I give it 4/5 stars.

### *---- "bamboozled"
2 monts waiting for the aligners 0% progress so far maybe i got bamboozled
-- Att_Gabii, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Does not work"
I deleted and downloaded the app multiple times and it still does not work (after I click on the app, the app doesn’t even open)
-- Yiiizus, 2024-11-19

### *---- "A nightmare"
Horrible customer service that doesn’t actually solve your problem and the whole treatment process is a scam! Yes they work but they aren’t overlooked by an in-person orthodontist which shouldn’t even be legal and they are probably getting hit with lawsuits as I write this. I was naive going into this treatment but please do your research and in this case paying more for the brand Invisalign over this is much more worth it. They hold your aligners from you. I’ve told them to ship them out and even sent multiple photos showing the alignment of my teeth to move forward. I am now going into my maybe 8th month wearing the same aligners. I hope I can finish this up and just be over with this soon cause I would hate for this money to go to waste.
-- HaileyBlair, 2024-11-15

### **--- "Not too happy"
Wish you could get the tooth that’s locked behind others you could fix. I’m starting to wonder if you’ll ever get out right. I’m a one to two step to straighten the bottom middle
