## My Carwash (CK) Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Can’t login on a new device"
I can’t log in on my new phone it keeps saying too many devices logged in? I already logged out of my older device. Now my subscription is going to waste and you don’t have a direct number that can be contacted to speak to someone to resolve this. Do not recommend this car wash, go with Petro or Shell
-- balkarr, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Too many devices error after phone reset"
I tried to login after phone reset and received too many devices error repeatedly. Phone number in error message is useless.
-- Jove39, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Login"
Once you log out you can’t log back in
-- hobokit923, 2024-12-29

### *---- "WASTE OF MONEY"
BAD experience with the subscription service. Unfortunately, I have found it to be quite unsatisfactory. The car wash is frequently closed on many days, and I even attempted to visit a different location, which was also not operational. Additionally, I have encountered consistent errors with the app. Overall, I feel that this has not been worth the investment.
-- Jr. ktr, 2024-12-23

### *---- "Can only buy subscription cannot search"
You can only use this app to purchase the subscription but it never tells you if there’s even a car wash close to your location. Why would I buy a subscription without knowing if I can actually use it?
-- Bob-jshvdhensm, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Car wash app"
You can only use one device so you can not load and use the app on your spouse’s phone. Should be allowed to have at least two devices like other gas apps. Going back to other gas station .
-- Todd from Ontario, 2024-12-05

### *---- "App not working"
Pls fix this I am still paying my subscription
-- Mubarak. B, 2024-10-10

### *---- "Half-Backed App!"
Several glitches including failure to send text messages and therefore inability to access account!
Slow to respond and unable to communicate with car wash at times!
Definitely needs further testing and development!
-- Billayyad, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Not good anymore"
Took out option for bundle wash and only option left is monthly subscription.
-- Bilal2012, 2024-07-12

### *---- "SCAM"
Haha guess what you would never receive your SMS verification AAAAANNNDDDD they would tell you your account is now locked/banned. Get ready to wait for 30 mins on the call listening to the most incompetent agent trying and solving this issue
