Hi I LOVE your games they are entertaining fun and relaxing But I wish there would be no ads because it kind of disturbing when your playing.I also want there to be no shop and also because it could just want your credit card number and take all of your money but on top of that it’s a amazing app 🤩. It could use some changes but like I said great app. Also they could delete my town because it like the same thing but worse. Thank you

Hello! I used to love playing the games… until you started making them free. There’s a problem with this. When you make the games free, it takes away the money we payed and throws it in to the garbage! I can’t pay for the game again, not when it’s more expensive now that it was before! So can you please either fix the problem, or refund us? Because this is actually a pain.
It was good at the beginning but then every time I start playing it there’s just one time where I was losing my characters that I paid for it’s either watching how to get it or it’s locked and it’s the other one I bought too so that’s a waste of eight bucks so thanks a lot being so kind to me (not true)👎🏼😫
