Finding a roommate here is an absolute chore, and the numerous bugs and glitches on this site are infuriating. When you pair with someone, it’s easy to forget that you also have to fill out an agreement (which cannot be filled out until both parties do so simultaneously). It has been a year since any development despite the immense amount of backlash, and there are several things wrong with the platform. First of all, and most importantly, it is NOT user friendly in the slightest. There are buttons on the UI that are greyed out despite being clickable, every alert needs to be manually marked as read unless clicked, and the app does not refresh properly. Recently, there has been a bug related to roommate eligibility, where some people were marked not eligible one moment back to being eligible again. There is also a consistent, reoccurring problem relating to input name and gender resetting what appears to be about every 24 hours. This has been happening to every student that has changed these input fields, and has been mentioned by multiple other reviews.
