## My Connected Vehicle Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Diabolical System"
Unreliable, slow, inaccurate and unresponsive and full of errors.
Everything you don’t want from an expensive product that is supposed to protect your vehicle.
-- AjW_71, 2025-09-19

### *---- "Service?"
The log in info the System gave me belongs to other owner 😭
-- 英国何律师, 2025-08-28

### *---- "Literally unusable"
I have the latest version from the App Store, but when I try to run it I am told to upgrade to a newer version, which of course isn’t available. In my opinion this is careless!
-- Misterbee44, 2025-07-28

### **--- "Developer focus required!"
Functionally works as expected but Home Screen is not in sync actual vehicle status; geofencing not shown correctly. Feels tired and out of date. Told this will be fixed in iOS 18 version, but no details given …
-- JeremyJJR, 2025-06-25

### *---- "My connected car"
Not fit for purpose! Car is still showing 15 miles away yet it’s tucked up in our garage 5 yards away. Own a Range Rover and Defender no problems with connectivity with them!
-- What connectivity, 2025-04-13

### ****- "Information"
Why does the app only record some of the journeys not all of them
-- Caraeng, 2025-04-07

### *---- "App"
App did not work for several months
-- App access AS, 2025-02-04

### *---- "Very Poor"
Constantly gives false alerts and call centre is unreachable. Would never have this system again. My Volvo dealer are equally unimpressed
-- Dave_I_R, 2024-07-27

### *---- "Confused"
Typical Vodafone app totally confusing !
-- Hestrul, 2024-07-06

### *---- "Constant false alarms"
5 "jamming" warnings a day and unauthorised movement warning every third time I drive my car. Had all the hardware checked and no obvious issues. This level of false alerts devalues the product. #boywhocriedwolf
