The Cove Holiday App has everything you need to enjoy your holiday, from speedy check in, park maps, to activity booking, food and drink ordering and take away services. The app will give you step by step instructions on how to arrive on Park and directions to find your holiday home when you arrive. If you have a digital key you’ll be able to open your holiday home with a touch of a button.

This app is terrible!! Sometimes it works, most the time it doesn’t. The fact they want you to use a digital key for some caravans and you can’t even get on the app is terrible. It’s been like this for a long time. It says ‘having trouble connecting’ even when I’m at home with good wifi, it’s not just because of bad signal it’s a faulty app. It just hardly ever works! Fix the app if you want your guests using it for bookings and digital keys!!

Why in 2023 are we entering the booking reference every time we want to log in? The whole usability of the app is really poor. For a company of Cove’s size a full overhaul surely needs to be put in place to improve customer experience and show the whole company in a better light.
