Description

“My CSCS” is the official app of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme.
Using the app, you can apply for CSCS cards, view the status of your applications, manage your personal details and store electronic versions of your cards.
CSCS cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the appropriate training and qualifications for the job they do on site. By ensuring the workforce are appropriately qualified the card plays its part in improving standards and safety on UK construction sites.

Blank screen

Was working perfectly but for the last few days nothing is displayed, no updates available. I’ve tried closing the app but nothing so it’s one star for now.

Waste of space

This app is a waste of space on your phone. Doesn’t work, all pages are just blank, cards are missing more than not. Wish we didn’t have to do these stupid tests every five years. Just a way to leach money from us. Hate the citb and cscs system. Money grabbers.

Terrible

Really bad app, cards keep disappearing off it all the time. Then have to reinstall it to find them again. Then a week later they’re gone again. Completely useless

My App has totally crashed & all my details & card etc have disappeared, awful 👎

Assessment method

Poor - Under step 3 and clicking the link to “assessment method” I was sent to a page which states “Not found - Unfortunately the page you were looking for was not found “

Doesn’t work

The idea is great and looks easy but as soon as you come to pay for the card it freezes. Tried for a few days now and just won’t go past the final page to pay

information disappears

Initially looked ok, but now card information lost and most options don’t function including support. Good idea, just not reliable or functional.

Don’t bother getting this app.

I uploaded my card on to the app and it has since disappeared somehow. Not reliable.

Rubbish

The app is completely useless. Constantly crashes and has blank pages when you click on the tabs. What am I supposed to do on site to prove my CSCS registration? I should be able to download my card to my Apple Wallet - plain and simple. Whoever got the contract for producing this app is just stealing a wage.
