## My Cyta Reviews in Cyprus

### *---- "Stupidity"
You must not force users to update your app. Due to your stupidity I can’t quickly top up and have to update the app first when it’s not convenient
-- DimitriV92, 2025-04-24

### ***** "Angela"
The best service ever
-- Angelodangelo, 2025-04-22

### ***** "Best one"
The best service in Cyprus never with out connection
-- Brou2021@Z, 2025-03-12

### *---- "Support team will fail you"
After the internet failure it took 3 days for tech team to arrange a visit and they never came
-- Sitn_cy, 2025-03-11

### *---- "Inconvenient service."
It just disconnects me from mobile connection every month in random day! I don’t even know when it will occur. It turns off when it wants! Cyta even can’t send you sms in advance that your balance is low to let me top up it as soon as possible. I can’t choose auto top up because I don’t even know when my previous period ends. For example: first time a payed period was untill 13th the next month. But now I am disconnected on the 4th. What’s the problem?!
ALSO IT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO CONFIRM MY PERSONAL DATA, IT SHOWES ME AN ERROR!
And today, of course, I was left without connection in the middle of the day!
Contact me.
