I’ve been struggling with ADHD lack of executive function and have just started meds and have decided to pair this newfound life with My Daily Ritual to keep me on track. It’s not a chore but a joy to open it first thing, start the day with gratitude and stretches and get to planning my day.  It’s everything I need as a single woman living alone, to keep motivated and care for myself body and mind.  Highly recommend!

I have been using the app for a few months at least, and while I admit I only consistently use two small sections of the app, it’s been big for me to even be consistent in those practices, and having explored and tried out other areas of the app, I know that when I need them and/or I’m ready to incorporate more of the app into my daily life, that thanks to the app and the personalisation/adaptability it offers, that incorporating these other healthy habits will actually be achievable for me, and that gives me so much hope (which tbh is priceless) 🙏🌻🫶
