My Disney Experience

The most user unfriendly process ever. Walt Disneys vision was to make people happy. I cannot imagine this app and its underlying booking process makes anyone happy. For us it was very frustrating

Die App ist sehr gut, die Änderungen in den Parks im Bezug auf die ehemalige Fast Line hingegen der absolute Fehlgriff. Ein zuvor faires, gut funktionierendes System wurde der profitgier geopfert. Die Erhöhung der Eintrittspreise mag legitim sein, aber danach noch dieses neue System einzuführen enttäuscht hingegen sehr. 24 Dollar pro Tag um es benutzen zu können und dies sage und schreibe ganze 3x und bei vielen überhaupt nicht möglich und nur gegen neuerliches bezahlen ist unverschämt und eigentlich Disney nicht würdig. Ich bin schon sehr oft bei Disney auf Besuch gewesen, an unterschiedlichen Orten weltweit, aber einen weiteren Besuch auch mit eventuell Enkelkindern überlege ich mir mehr als gut. Dann besser zu Universal Studios wo man zumindest bis heute derartiges nicht macht.

App does not work since weeks and the support from Disney is more than slow and totally insufficient. I think, profit is what counts only.

Obviously Disney does not want visitors over 65 anymore. The app is confusing and hinders us more than helping. Admission in comparison with Japan, Hongkong and Paris by far too high. Will change my plans for Florida next year. Thank you for more than 35 years visiting Disney Florida. Won‘t see you again

Wartezeiten bei den diversen Bahnen bis zu 180 Minuten, mit der Genie+Karte zwar abgekürzt, man kann aber immer nur buchen, wenn man die gebuchte betritt, und bis zur nächsten buchbaren Fahrt dauerts dann 3 Stunden. Zuviele Leute bei zuwenig Attraktionen, hauptsächlich überteuerte Fressbuden. Wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten. Einmal und nie wieder

I have to say I always loved this app- it was so helpful and great - until the new update a few days ago !! Things got so complicated, I really miss the menu on the left side. I can hardly navigate on the map, which is the default setup if you open the app. this update made the app extremely bad ! There is no overview of the menu points, you just have to wipe until you finally reach the option you want... extremely annoying !!

Crashes permanently, very slow and wrong waiting times info!!! Useless!!!

I have been to disney so so many times over the last 35 years and never have I been more disappointed. The last 3 times we have visited we have yet to ride guardians of the galaxy. Came for a quick trip paid $190 for one day to epcot and guess what again nothing available. Was even willing to pay even more for lightning pass but nope can’t do that either. Absurd!!! The last few years have really taken the fun out of it. Wish for the days of paying for park hoppers … grabbing fast passes and going about your day. Now u have to set an alarm rise up log on precisely by 6:55 am and pray u can get in a queue that likely won’t happen. Good ole american greed at its finest.
