The latest version has a bug the app won’t open

The waiting lines are horrible and the staff aren’t helpful with information at all

The last update destroyed the app .. Nothing works properly any more

Not a user friendly application. We got tickets from the hotel, we did not know that every ticket is linked to a person by name & number. When we started to add fast pass, the application displayed a message "incorrect information" meanwhile they added the ticket, so I tried another and everything got mixed up!!!!!!! We were trying to add FP for next day for a different park & it kept displaying that we already used our 3 FPs although it was a different park & a different day!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been to disney so so many times over the last 35 years and never have I been more disappointed. The last 3 times we have visited we have yet to ride guardians of the galaxy. Came for a quick trip paid $190 for one day to epcot and guess what again nothing available. Was even willing to pay even more for lightning pass but nope can’t do that either. Absurd!!! The last few years have really taken the fun out of it. Wish for the days of paying for park hoppers … grabbing fast passes and going about your day. Now u have to set an alarm rise up log on precisely by 6:55 am and pray u can get in a queue that likely won’t happen. Good ole american greed at its finest.
