Connecting to the Internet in the parks: Without a strong Internet signal, wait times, park hours & schedules may not update accurately. You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings.
Note: Some features in this app will require your full name, country, birthdate & email address, as well as access to your location data. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager.
This app may request access to your camera to capture media & scan barcodes. Some Disney PhotoPass Lenses may use information on your device to detect face & hand coordinates. The app may request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing.
Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party. Some features in this app include the ability to make purchases & will require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection. Message, data and roaming rates may apply. Availability subject to handset limitations and features may vary by handset or service provider. Coverage and app stores not available everywhere. Guests must be 18 years or older to make purchases.

Prompt and great customer service

I didn’t know there’s a difference between Disneyland and Disney World App until Jacoby explaination that they are different to link tickets bought to the App. Kudos to Jacoby!!

Using the apps in Disney Hollywood Orlando

A bit difficult to navigate and not very intuitive but it helps to check the showtime.

Entirely inert

I recently updated the app in anticipation of our next trip to the Park. Now I can’t even get past the login screen because the app is entirely unresponsive

not intuitive, not user friendly

doesnt recognise the tickets tagged to your account. just keeps prompting you to buy tickets. obvious hardsell objective from disney. i want it to recognise that we already bought tickets, and allow us to plan out trip, book all the fastpasses and dining options. the app totally fails at this. navigation is a pain. stop making me tag my party every time i access the app. why cant it recognise my tickets and party after the first time?!

Swap existing Fastpass

Each park attendee gets 3 Fastpasses but once we select 3, we can’t see what’s available now and do a swap out. Would love this feature to be in. Also the app crashes periodically and works badly on slow connection.

Nicely done, Disney!

I’m planning to head over to Walt Disney World; tickets are all bought. With this app, I can see the wait times of the attractions at Animal Kingdom, the Magic Kingdom and Epcot and get fast passes booked (though I might not have decided on the first three). So the only thing left for Disney to do is to get this app through spring cleaning because it keeps crashing! Snow White should help out.

View of fast pass availability

Overview of fast pass time slot is good but it would be great to have the slider view of available fast-pass time slot at each attraction box. This will reduce the search of particular attraction. It is such a hassle to select the time slot at the top of page and to scroll up and down to view for a particular attraction. Thank you! MS from Singapore

OVERCROWDED

This place is completely overcrowded. The management should take responsibility that customers have no place to sit and remain standing next to garbage can for a quick hot dog meal. The queue to the rides are LONG. Incredible that in this country, we pay top dollars to enjoy this suffering!!
