Difficult to use, money making racket.

How can an app be this not user friendly !
I am trying to retrieve my information and link my ticket but it is not working. I can’t seem to find online help anywhere and I can’t call the number as I live outside the USA

Took a while for my memory maker to get activated and had lost my receipt. Thankfully all sorted
If one minimizes the app, one cannot simply return to the same page that one was on before minimizing the app. The front splash screen is always shown and it takes at least 10 seconds to disappear. The mapping function is also dysfunctional when minimizing the app. It takes ages to load properly when returning from elsewhere on the phone. However, the overall available functions are wide and well thought-out. It is great to have the park maps and FastPass+ functions available in your pocket at all times.
