## My Doctor Online (NCAL Only) Description
Use the My Doctor Online app for video visits with your doctor. You can also download our Kaiser Permanente app to manage care for you and your family. 

The My Doctor Online app is for Kaiser Permanente Northern California members. To get started, download and launch the app. Sign-in with your kp.org user ID and password. A Northern California member without a kp.org user ID and password can register from the app – just tap “Sign-In Help.”

Recent app update clearly has made it harder to message your MD.  Now this buried under multiple barriers. I understand that there may be reasons for this (Overwhelmed providers), but this  is unfortunate and may lead to distress for individuals who are not computer/app savvy, frustrating members, and even lead to more office or urgent visits since people will find it more difficult to get hold of their providers via the app, or messaging.  Poor choice, Kaiser.

Yesterday on 12/07/24, I called the mail order delivery to report not receiving my medication!

Unfortunately, the pharmacist (woman) I spoke with called me a liar and said I didn’t report this prior to today! I haven’t been feeling well and I let her get away with being rude and unprofessional! 

I document everything good and bad! I’m very thankful the conversation was recorded! 

This is another reason to pay attention and don’t allow people like this to get away with being nasty and hateful towards others!
