## My Drive Telematics Reviews in United Arab Emirates

### ***** "Issue with Subscription Renewal and Password Reset for MyDrive Telematics App"
Hello MyDrive Telematics Support Team,

I own a 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser and have been using your app to remotely monitor my vehicle’s status. My subscription expired today, and I would like to renew it. However, I forgot my password.

When I attempt to use the “Forgot Password” option, the app prompts me to enter the registered phone number to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) for completing the reset process. Unfortunately, I am not receiving the OTP on my phone after multiple attempts.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can renew my subscription and regain access to the app?

Thank you for your support, and I look forward to your assistance.

Best regards,

### *---- "Bugs, bugs, bugs…"
The old version worked really well. Update as of end July 2021 is full of bugs.
A few examples:
- On the Home Screen: Although the temperature is set to Celsius, there is a Fahrenheit symbol after the numbers.
- No data on the Dashboard screen for tyre pressure. All other values (fuel level, battery voltage, etc.) show as 0.
- Maps are stretched with the wrong aspect ratio
- Entering last service mileage closes the app.
