The LHDN e-Invoice is an initiative by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) to digitize and standardize the way businesses issue and receive invoices. It is part of Malaysia's move toward tax digitalization and ensures better compliance, transparency, and efficiency in tax reporting.

What is Sandbox:
This is a place where allowed user to submit their e-invoice for testing purpose.
Every submitted document is for testing purposes and does not affect your current business tax claims.

1. System Readiness
Integrate with LHDN’s API
Implement secure digital signature features
2. Workflow Process
a. Invoice Creation

Generate the e-Invoice using your system (B2B, B2C, etc.)
b. Validation & Submission

Submit to LHDN via API or MyInvois Portal
LHDN validates and returns a Unique Identifier (UUID) and QR Code
c. Delivery to Recipient

Share the validated e-Invoice with customer (PDF with QR code or via electronic means)
