## My e-Shop Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Recent update"
I really like the app. But after the update I can’t login to my app. It says that my email is not associated with any account. I have written an email to the support team but have not received any response back. Please help me.
-- lisak56, 2025-05-12

### *---- "Can’t open!"
I love this app. Until as of last week. Presently it’s not unusable as I can’t even open it and it’s not because of anything needing to be updated. Help!!
-- Elli8367, 2023-11-26

### **--- "Used to love it"
A couple weeks ago, I lost the ability to upload photos from my phone to a product. Yesterday was a new update and now I can’t even open the app.
-- FullepisodeFAN, 2023-11-22

### ****- "Usually 5 stars, but"
2 weeks ago, an update force logged me out of the app. I can log back in, but now when I accept the new terms I get a spinning wheel and it never brings me to my store page. I can still use the website to view everything, but getting notifications of the orders as they come in can’t happen without the app. I have to check regularly now, so I hope this gets fixed because it’s highly inconvenient!
-- Sciacca96, 2023-11-15

### ****- "Can’t Add Photos"
The app is easy to use and makes for convenient updating of product listings, managing orders, and reviewing traffic to the site. lately, you can delete product photos but can’t add any. Wish they would bring this feature back
-- FormerlyHappyCustomer, 2023-11-14

### ****- "Reporting problems"
I enjoy this app but recently I haven’t been able to add any new items through photos every time I add photos they never show up when I press add
-- Crazyding, 2023-11-11

### ***-- "Complicated"
It’s hectic trying to send automated emails. It says to upgrade to Advanced Store, but it doesn’t give me the option to upgrade.
-- AmplK, 2021-09-30

### ***** "Incredible app"
helped our business during a pandemic. Modern, user friendly and updated regularly.
-- SamiraArdalan, 2020-06-22

### ***** "Need help"
Can’t figure out how to upgrade to advertise on instagram and Facebook
-- B-Blizzy, 2020-04-15

### ***** "Great option"
