## My EAP Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Application cannot be used at all. Frozen"
I use iOS 26.2 on an iPhone 12 and the app cannot be use at all. The first page that appear is the country selection page but it is frozen. There is no way to select the country and continue to use the application.
-- BoostAD, 2026-01-29

### *---- "App Doesn’t Function"
Downloaded the app and upon opening it brings me to “Choose Your Country” but you can’t scroll nor choose. So essentially the app does not function. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
-- mang28, 2025-12-12

### *---- "Nothing works, often doesn’t even open"
Upon opening, it keeps displaying “Downloading new contact”. “Chat now” function tells you to go to their website. Other functions stuck at “connecting to server”. Useless, developer should be ashamed of such abysmal product.
-- Brpn37, 2025-09-18

### *---- "Faulty"
Can someone make sure the country issue is fixed? This app is very glitchy. Please try downloading on your own to test.
-- nyameba22, 2025-05-05

### *---- "Freezing/startup errors"
Never got to use the app yet, it’s been inoperable right at first glance… probably hasn’t had maintenance on bug fixes… highly suggest find health benefits from a different health and fitness app until this gets resolved
-- Jay613rock, 2025-05-04

### *---- "App is antiquated and can barely support itself"
App looks like it is from the early 2000’s and it’s clear that no money or effort has gone into improving the quality or graphics. It is also barely able to function in its most basic functionality: signing into the app. Also bring back the e-counselling feature.

Update: app keeps crashing
-- Andromeda335, 2025-01-28

### *---- "Useless"
Couldnt get past the first page on opening the app . It showed to select my country, no scroll, no tap. Frozen page.
-- Lazygirltwig, 2025-01-12

### *---- "Doesn’t even open"
It takes you to the country selection and then the app just freezes
-- MetaMorphose7x, 2024-06-26

### *---- "Terrible app"
This app is useless. The interface is confusing and you can’t actually book anything without calling. Completely useless
