Please fire whoever renamed this app
SDGE is famously one of the most expensive and corrupt electricity utilities in the USA. It’s quite apparent to me that corruption extends to purchasing fake reviews for their app, which is quite frankly the stupidest thing they’ve done, actually, the second stupidest; which is renaming their app to something so arbitrary and easy to forget that I’m constantly struggling to find it on my phone. Or maybe that was the goal, so people can’t visibly see how turning two lights and a fan on made their bill climb $20. Please. Stop torturing your captive customer base. At least put “San diego” in the name so I can find it. And use those windfalls of cash money you extort out of your own neighbors to pay somebody who actually understands how to market a digital app.

Quick and easy
Back button not working properly in app
When leaving the main menu to navigate to another activity or page, the app displays a “back” arrow that should work to take the user back one step or to the main menu. It does neither (iPhone 13 iOS 17). I will update my phone with the paste iOS update and try again). But, please review and fix this bug. Thanks.
App keeps crashing
Trying to log onto my account and my app keeps crashing. This is how I pay my bill, now I can’t even see my bill.
