Settings and features are hidden deep in menus or not available in the app.
Quick response on setting up, reliable network
Exetel made this app purely so you can pay their bills. There is no customer centric functionality. Where is my dashboard? Where is my boost functionality? Don’t waste your time.

Well designed app that is easy to use; important information at hand; aesthetic design; 5 stars relates to service provided too — been with Exetel for 5 years now — best value and always reliable service. Was with Telstra and before that TPG; recently changed my Telstra mobile to bundle with Exetel. Telstra did not provide retention benefit, yet Exetel rewards long-time customer. Will remain with Exetel for foreseeable future. Cherry on top: just read an article listing Exetel as number 1 for having the fastest internet speeds relative to advertised speed. Keep it up.
