It is not. So the app is useless. When it did work, I used it to see travel add on usage because the website doesn’t show it. Come on Fizz, you can do better. And people need a way to see what their travel add on usage is. -- JaySailor, 2026-09-04 ### *---- "What a disgraceful app" Even chatgpt can make a better app with 2 prompts ! What is this ? Thats not even an app it’s basically a website but 100 times worse What are you doing ? Hire a real app developer & make something instead of spending it all on marketing spend on customer support ! YOY STILL DONT have a phone number support & the chat is horrible with long waiting time no notifications ofc cuz its on a web browser.. ur not new anyway more ur a big name in Quebec ! So grow up!!! -- Adel.hoc, 2026-09-01 ### ***-- "Not good" What is the point of this app if everything you do it takes you back to the web version? -- toila8x, 2026-08-24 ### **--- "App is very slow" The app made me log in every single time and wasn’t very clear. Also sometimes when I logged in it shot me to a white screen and it was like when you stub your toe. It makes you mad and stuff -- Anonamanos, 2026-08-16 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" The page kept refreshing and didn’t work -- don't use nikname, 2026-08-15 ### ***** "Fizz" Seems pretty good just started with them a few issues but its alright it’s safe to join -- zxc_4ever, 2026-08-14 ### *---- "Severe Battery Drain" I installed this on my phone today and noticed that not only the battery percentage dropped significantly, but that my phone could not make it past 45% when it was charging. I deleted the app and now my phone is charging as normal. Just stick to the website. -- 8-Bit Unicorn, 2026-08-09 ### *---- "Inutile et dysfonctionnel" En plus de n'être qu'un portail ver le site web ça ne fonctionne pas la pseudo application ne fonctionne pas -- Stech72, 2026-08-01 ### *---- "Horrific App and Customer Service" For 3 times now I had issues with the app. Three times the customer service rep has sent me away for a “maintenance” they have apparently every day They advertise a chat with quick response and hours of operation that when contacted at they say to come back tomorrow. -- Sue72939, 2026-07-21 ### ***-- "Quite broken" Login fails half the time. Also can’t gift data in the app but works online. -- 不好用的软件, 2026-07-16 ### *---- "Terrible useless app" Have to log back in every single time, totally useless and more simple to just login through Safari with saved username and password. Just gonna delete app from my phone. -- AlexandreYVR, 2026-07-07 ### *---- "Connection" Why use an app if you need to reconnect each time. I’ll rather continue to use the web version. -- Pauline4758, 2026-07-07 ### *---- "Not a real app" This is essentially a poorly optimized web wrapper of their site. It fails to retain login credentials and unnecessarily interrupts background audio playback upon launch. -- tanguypgn, 2026-07-06 ### **--- "Impossible de sélectionner date" Pour résilier impossible de cliquer pour sélectionner une date. C pareil sur le site mobile. -- Betyrave22, 2026-07-04 ### *---- "Bad" genuinely one of the worst apps of all time, never works, you have to sign in EVERY time you open the app and it doesn't even save your information. When i sign in i have to restart the app and do it again. App doesn't work nothing works... Also stops my music? -- pedro✌🏽😭, 2026-06-25 ### **--- "App does not keep login info" Good but each time I need to reconnect with my username and password.. please update to fix this! -- dirkmurphy8, 2026-06-10 ### *---- "I tried to get help, and got locked out of support completely" Fizz was working fine until it didn’t. People are not able to call me and I tried getting help using chat, I even got connected to a human after half an hour late. The chat got closed, however, and I can’t open a new one. That form to submit a complaint? The Submit button is disabled. And now I can’t even create a new chat, all I can do is scream into the void. As others said, mobile app is even worse - can’t use a password manager, can’t hold state while I switch to copy password from a manager. Folks, is this on purpose, or you don’t monitor even basic happy path for your users? Your key user journeys are busted. -- Hsibdvkosvkdvjtxcn, 2026-06-01 ### ***** "Meilleur réseau" Parfait!
