My FSCU is your personal financial advocate that gives you the ability to aggregate all of your financial accounts, including accounts from other banks and credit unions, into a single view. It’s fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your finances.
Here’s what else you can do with My FSCU:
- Keep your transactions organized by allowing you to add tags, notes and photos of receipts and checks.
- Set up alerts so you know when your balance drops below a certain amount.
- Make payments, whether you’re paying a company or a friend.
- Transfer money between your accounts.
- Deposit checks in a snap by taking a picture of the front and back.
- Reorder your debit card or turn it off if you’ve misplaced it.
- View and save your monthly statements.
- Find branches and ATMs near you.
Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.
To use the My FSCU app, you must be enrolled as a My FSCU digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

BEST BANKING
No doubt… the best banking around. I’ve been banking with Family Security for 15 years now and have never had a bad experience. From management down to the janitorial department… is top notch. Highly recommend !!!
App
The app is great other than when I have my card locked there have been several times it doesn’t allow me to unlock it when I need to make a purchase… do you know how embarrassing it is when you get up to the counter and the cashier has rang a cart full of groceries up and then you try to unlock you card the app doesn’t allow you so now you can’t pay the cashier and everything has to go back!!!! And of course it’s after hours so I can’t even call to have it unlocked🤦♀️!!! This issue needs to be fixed and we need a 24hr phone number as well… The bank and employees themselves are Wonderful!!!

I cannot see credit card transactions in the app. Frustrating.

I wish you could see the balance after each withdraw or use of the card
Not the best but it works
I’m so used to being able to view my account details in mobile banking especially for when I need to submit my account number auto payments or direct deposit. Well with FSCU mobile banking you can’t do that. You have to physically drive to a branch and get a copy of it which makes it a hassle for me especially since I work nights and sleep during the day. If I have to I’ll just start going to my local branch and push them daily to let us consumers have the ability to view our account info from our fingertips. We have cyber security for a reason to protect against thieves and hackers so why not use it to let us consumers have an easier time with you guys by letting us have more freedom with your mobile banking. I’ve only been back for like a month or so and I’m already wanting to leave this bank again especially since I can’t deposit cash in their ATM’s after hours and have access to those funds immediately. I have to put my cash in a drop box at night and wait until the next business day to use those funds which is ridiculous. Catch up guys, this isn’t 2010 anymore. It’s 2024 and as a bank in the business for 70+ years, you’d think they would have priorities straight and update their equipment within reasonable time but that’s not the case with this bank.

Always dependable. I am unable to go in so now I can deposit with my smart phone. Love my FSCU!
updating info
i’ve updated my phone number and it never updated it on the app and it’s been at least 5 months and they’ve haven’t updated it so i can’t check my balance or nothing 😒 other than that it’s a good app
