## My GL Home Warranty Reviews in United States

### **--- "Doesn’t work well"
Unable to receive a passcode that they require when logging in
-- Charliedatuna1, 2026-01-30

### *---- "App no longer loads"
After the most recent upgrade the app loads a blank blue/gray screen and just hangs. I’ve removed the app and reinstalled and restarted my iPhone with no success.
-- youngdh, 2023-05-11

### *---- "Can’t add tickets"
I had submitted 5 issues through the web app which is also hard to use because it doesn’t show right on phone. None of the previous submissions are showing up. And finally I can’t submit a ticket via the app.
-- Djammain00, 2022-10-16

### ***-- "Can’t add notes to the tickets"
The button at the bottom of the screen overlaps the notes input. Please fix it
-- byju shanmukhan, 2022-10-01

### *---- "App doesn’t work!"
App does not open at all when I enter user name and password. Total failure
-- smj2424, 2021-04-05

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Hasn’t worked for 6 months, since the COVID started, and it is harder to contact the warranty Dept. App won’t let me select anything, it has been updated, but to no avail.
