It’s the focus on the wide options of sharing that makes it unique. No fumbling around in your ordinary gps app you normally use for navigation, to grip the coordinates, copy and paste, formatting it for a nice presentation. This app does it on the fly from the push of one or a few buttons. Email or sms ready to send including links for different mapproviders. The preformatting options are really worked on in depth. You can – and need to – customize the formatting into a really beatiful presentation which looks quite professional if you work on it a bit. To get the data presented into a very clear information in your own taste. With the WGS-84 degrees as a useful basepresentation and other formats already converted to will complement this. This presentation can be layed out so that it fits at the same time a newbie or a profesional user who needs this for work. It’s simply so much more than an app showing you coordinates on a display with some ordinary sharing. But you do need the payed version to experience this. The only few things I do miss is the option to further format the text with bold, italic and underlined text. I’ve mentioned that to the developer. A list to choose even more different converted formats from would be really nice. A bit like the conversionstools out there – but now as an under the hood tool for the presentation in the email/sms. This is better than an awesome tool. I really do use it for everything!!! Fishing locations with description of date, lure used, time of day, fish size, etc, etc. Address locations of places I do not frequently use but want to remember. Best app for this category out there!!!

Good but can be better if it can link the coordinates to a contact as a url

This app is only for iPhone because it only displays in GIGANTIC portrait mode. And, the screen can not be rotated. If this problem is stated somewhere I can not find it.

This app has been very useful when capturing 360° images for Google Street View. The information it provides allows accurate placement of the images on Google maps.

I use this app every day

Switching between map view home screen and list of saved points ends up with the margins being all goofed up. Also the top menu to "select all" "un select" etc doesn't seem to have the touchscreen functioning over correct locations. It will do what I need it to do while I'm here in Costa Rica but I will hope for an update or Another app. I still rate it a 3 cause it does what I need for sure it's just going to get irritating having to kill the app and restart several times when map view is needed. Seems like when I switch from map view the margin problem happens. Also I tried to "try" the full version with the lite app but that function in the lite app was glitchy and just came to a blank screen. That should have been a tipoff.

You don't have to have an emergency to send your GPS coordinates via email or text, but when time is critical, this is a really handy app to do that. Saving locations is great too. From a law enforcement prospective, it is a wonderful way to mark/save evidence locations in large scale crime scenes or rural locations. Nothing could be simpler to use! And when you are in the middle of nowhere and need help fast, this app allows for quickly and easily sending your locations with a tap of one button (text and email) with a Google Map link to the recipient.
