We need an option to clip all coupons. I like to clip them all and just do my shopping and scanning the coupons barcode.

The app overall isn’t bad, however there are a couple of Achilles heels to a good, user friendly experience. I do wish there was more flexibility when shopping as far as arranging the order of items - the android version allows you to reverse so it can be tailored to which side of the store you start on. A HUGE improvement would be making it to where you can adjust curbside pickup date/time after order is placed within a certain timeframe.

I absolutely hate that there is no rhyme or reason to the coupons! Other store apps have their coupons grouped together so you can find exactly what you’re looking for. But with the HEB app, I have to scroll through ALL the coupons to find what I’m looking for. Such a waste of time, and seems like it could be an easy fix. Very frustrating.

It’s really annoying that the items don’t have consistent pricing info. For example, a large chunk of salmon tells the price in dollars per pound, but another package of salmon that is cut into portions gives dollars per ounce. Really annoyingly inconsistent throughout the app. Pick one or the other and make sure the people that are adding items to the store are following a standard of measure throw. Most of the time when I shop in store it’s dollars per ounce/gram/whatever smaller measure in addition to dollars per pound, if applicable. 7/18/24 Update: More than a year later and there are STILL problems with the way they display pricing per unit in this app. They are rounding the price per unit to the nearest whole cent, which is not helpful when comparing the cost of slightly differently sized items. They need to include more decimal points like they do in the physical price tags at the store and stop rounding as it is not accurate.

Love the app and how easy it is to reuse and order. To the product/dev team, can you move the barcode scanner button to the left size next to the search icon? I can’t tell you how many times I try and x out of my search, but hit the barcode scanner, and open the camera. Thank you! Love the app!

Come on guys. Fix this app. It is 2024. No excuse for having such a crappy app where one cannot even login. Make the investment, it will pay off. Get a new product manager.

I love the H-E-B app and I exclusively use curbside for all my grocery shopping, but this drives me crazy. The type-ahead search is all over the place. I’ll type in “chicken b” looking for chicken broth or chicken breasts, but the only suggestion will be “chicken bag” (I wish I could attach a picture - what even is that?) It’s a small but consistent problem, I just wish it was a little more helpful.

I have called HEB, went in person as well to see why it does not let me do curbside order!! It does not take any of my Visa cards and the only response I got from the lady was that I probably have no money on them!!

I’m wish they’d give points, or a type of incentive for being a loyal customer. I’ve been using the H‑E‑B app and get my groceries delivered since COVID struck. Maybe free shipping every now and then, or a type of discount for the times I’ve purchased. Any help these days would mean a lot!
