## My Hathway Reviews in India

### *---- "Why make an app that doesn’t work?"
I was forced to install the app to receive an OTP for work order completion. To login to the app I am supposed to enter another OTP that comes over SMS. The app won’t proceed beyond the login page after receiving and entering half a dozen OTPs. Have you tested this app before launching? What a joke and disappointment this is.
-- sameerjoshi, 2025-01-25

### *---- "Malfunctioning app and malfunctioning service"
The app refuses to validate my account despite repeated attempts. The BOT service is pathetic and refuses to register a complaint. The so-called “most loved internet service” is actually the most hated.
Helpless without proper customer support.
-- da.invinci, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Worst worst worst app"
Please delete this app from this world. It’s so so so irritating. From the Morning I just wasted My 5 hours of working time for just recharge My Cable. It isn’t happen till now. Still I am trying for recharge. Please koi is aap ko Delete kar do. 😬😬😬😬
-- Dharmesh Kholiy, 2024-09-28

### *---- "Worst app ever"
Who ever has built it should study the course again
-- Bothv, 2024-09-20

### *---- "Worst app"
Worst
-- pritam shinde, 2024-08-31

### *---- "Worst app not working for 1 year"
0 stars
-- lrb red, 2024-08-15

### *---- "Worst service"
Always issue happening
-- Naveen Mattas, 2024-04-11

### *---- "Frequent issues & No timely Service"
Every two to three weeks for some reason the cable connection gets disconnected. The service team will not be available to fix the issue and it will be picked only after 16 to 18 hours. Very very slow servicing
-- MaheshShiv, 2024-03-07

### *---- "Delete the application."
Better please delete the application. It’s not working, even after 2 years.
-- Karthikris, 2024-02-24

### *---- "App which never works"
This app was never useful when we are in trouble with internet. Better to get rid of this useless service and go for ACT or Jio.
