I was forced to install the app to receive an OTP for work order completion. To login to the app I am supposed to enter another OTP that comes over SMS. The app won’t proceed beyond the login page after receiving and entering half a dozen OTPs. Have you tested this app before launching? What a joke and disappointment this is.

The app refuses to validate my account despite repeated attempts. The BOT service is pathetic and refuses to register a complaint. The so-called “most loved internet service” is actually the most hated.

Every two to three weeks for some reason the cable connection gets disconnected. The service team will not be available to fix the issue and it will be picked only after 16 to 18 hours. Very very slow servicing

Internet is not working for more than 24 Hours and I called multiple times and the customer care executive told that it will be resolved by 03.35 pm today but it was not resolved then the executive said that it would not be resolved today because its non working day. Pathetic service provider. Local internet providers resolve the issue in 2-3 Hours but Hathway is backward then local providers. They just call to chase for monthly renewal and once you pay then you are no one to them. I wish they do not exist in the market and I have logged a consumer complaint against them. Their executive could not give me the reason so disconnected the call.
