This service is a wonderful way to assure that your care is being coordinated and to stay in touch and get some questions answered that doesn’t require a face-to-face meeting with your provider. It’s also great to be able to see test results soon and to get your questions answered with regard to prescriptions and other aspects of your care. I find it relatively easy to use. particularly when the office or provider is also willing to participate in your care.

My Health has made it super easy to access all of my test results, communicate with medical professionals, schedule appointments, etc. by far the best patient portal I’ve used!

This app is informative! Unbelievable help to patients ( and “ allowed” signifiant others or close family) who may be ( or are), confused! Transparency is the bridge which holds providers & patients together; as well as providing an anchor to all aforementioned. The lack of response or the delay in response from medical providers within the Vanderbilt system is absolutely ridiculous. Thursday is, I think it would be better to live in Canada as long as it takes some of them to reply.

The app is poorly designed, developed, and supported, just like VUMC. They might have been good once but now just trash. Like all major healthcare its profits over people and this reflected in how they operate and their janky app.

Recent change in appointment scheduling has been trying to get me to reschedule to fill vacancies immediately for annual visits scheduled for next year. There appears to be no way to cancel or alter this behavior, only to open the message and tell the application I want to keep the existing appointment. Over and over again. If this is designed to enhance revenue, it is truly disappointing.
