Your Personal Health Journal Log your daily vitals, pump parameters (for LVAD users), and symptoms quickly. Choose between a guided step-by-step entry mode or a traditional form view. Track What Matters Record weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and personal notes. LVAD users can log pump parameters including speed, flow, PI, and power. Track symptoms like fatigue, dizziness, and swelling with severity levels. See Your Trends View your data over time with clear charts. Filter by date range, time of day, and specific metrics to spot patterns in your readings. Stay Consistent Set AM and PM reminders to match your routine and track your daily logging streaks at a glance. Private by Design No account required. Your data stays on your device by default, with optional iCloud sync across your Apple devices. You can also choose to write entries to Apple Health for use with your other health apps.
