## My Honda+ Description
My Honda+ is compatible with the e:Ny1, ZR-V, latest CR-V, latest Civic e:HEV, HR-V (2022 onwards), Honda e, selected grades of Jazz (2020 onwards).

To unlock the full potential of My Honda+ Connected Services, simply visit your local Honda Retailer to activate the Telematics Control Unit in your car. Once activated, you can subscribe to the comprehensive My Honda+ package. Enjoy all features free of charge for the first 3 years from first registration, then just £4.99 per month.

Here is an overview of the subscription package:

• Monitor the security of your car and receive alerts if windows or doors are open or unlocked.

• Lock and unlock your vehicle remotely.

• Manage Vehicle Health Checks, with the full report of your check-up.

• Remotely control your climate control and charging. You can even create charging and climate schedules. *

• Use the car locator to find your Honda on the map.

• You can define a Geo-fence around the car, and set a specific radius, to be notified if the car leaves the defined area.

Pretty useful info and being able to turrn the heating on when you're in bed on a cold day is excellent. But the app itself is horrible to use because it's so slow.

Honda should be ashamed to have their name on this app. It hardly ever connects to the car, it’s slow and is just generally not fit for purpose. The fact that Honda feel they can charge for this after 3 years is a joke. It’s not worth it for free.

After three years free app access you then have to pay £60 per year for access to your car…..

Not only that but the app is also pretty rubbish and laggy

Why is percentage battery amount hidden in menu? It should be next to range on main page!

Also why can’t you adjust the amps for charging?

Come on Honda easy changes and make it £30 a year to be fair or do some actual updates and charge £60

Same as most OEM, almost no experience on integrating software with hardware. Log in process super clumsy, keep logging you out for no reason, even any secure online bank app won’t do that. apps always shows doors are open and unlocked. Even the Honda logo is skewed, in wrong proportion, freelance developers could have done better.

Love the idea of this but having had it for almost a year now I don’t trust it
The charge monitoring facility for my plug in hybrid is great and lets me check charging status
Car locator rarely works so I bought a tracker
Lock function seems to work but sometimes reports unlocked when locked and vice versa
Other functionality such as climate control works but rarely gets used

Overall not an app I would ever pay for

Slowwwww. Counterintuitive setting up for nighttime of peak charging, periodic loss of function, does not do the car justice. Come on Honda, read the reviews and do an upgrade.

Full of bugs but works 7 out of 10 times.  Wouldn't trust it to be my only means of unlocking my car put it that way.

I’ve had my car for almost 3 months. The app doesn’t seem to like the car as I’ve had the cars TCU enabled 3 times (when picked up, 5 weeks ago and again 2 weeks ago). Each time Honda Support not really giving me much support. They then gave me instruction to add my “free 3 year subscription”, but I have no “Add” option this on the app.
So far the app has been utterly useless and a massive waste of my time as I can’t do anything in the app other than view details (make/model/registration) of my car. What use is that? 
I’ll send the car back if not resolved soon.

The app is very useful however I have to keep reinstalling my iPhone to play music as my car doesn’t seem to like my IPhone 12. My wife’s IPhone 15 works no problem. I’m upgrading my phone to a 16 so maybe that will resolve the issue 🙏
