## My iCars Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***-- "Mobile phone usage"
Please remind drivers that handheld phone usage is both illegal and potentially dangerous
-- Sad not on windows phone, 2025-01-03

### ***-- "Needs work"
Love the app in terms of functionality and ease of use but it is so slow to update. Every time I book a taxi through the app, I’m
In the car and on my way before the app updates and says the driver is there.
-- Spoojoo, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Scammers"
Terrible service, I used the rewards on the app and had proof of the fair on my phone through the app but the driver refused to give me the correct change. Another driver was rude when I was trying to explain where I was waiting. I won’t use Icars again
-- taylor11089, 2024-12-21

### ***** "Excellent!"
Excellent service as always
-- Twonk_A_Lonk, 2024-11-03

### *---- "Not working"
Trying to sign up and your system isn’t sending txt messages or emails to allow this
-- Richasskikr, 2024-10-17

### *---- "Disabled and left in a car park on my own"
Disgusting service booked the Taxi to pick me up at 2.45 but never showed up when I rang I was told they had booked it for 3.15 I used Horninglow taxis for years but I would never use these again.
-- Chris grim, 2024-09-02

### ***-- "Can’t get on to the app to use it."
I’ve put my phone number in to receive the code but I haven’t received the code. I keep clicking the resend code button and still nothing.
-- DawnBishop326, 2024-08-28

### ****- "polite drivers"
nearly all good thing the app could do with a bit of an update nothing major sometimes it’s hard to find your address. drivers are always prompt and polite.
-- day634526, 2024-02-13

### *---- "How many idiots does it take to drive a car"
Waiting 20 minutes in -2 degrees says on the app driver has arrived when the car hasn’t moved rang up and staff can’t be arsed to do anything absolutely pathetic
-- Gergenblug, 2024-01-18

### ***** "Driver"
