nearly all good thing the app could do with a bit of an update nothing major sometimes it’s hard to find your address. drivers are always prompt and polite.

How many idiots does it take to drive a car
Waiting 20 minutes in -2 degrees says on the app driver has arrived when the car hasn’t moved rang up and staff can’t be arsed to do anything absolutely pathetic

30m waiting time because no lazy Pakistani wants to work on 35degrees. I have to walk 3miles.

App is good! Helpful! But it offers payment online and it won’t let me use it, can anyone answer why?
