Sinds enige tijd werkt de app niet meer. Als de bel gaat en je opneemt wordt de app geopend maar voordat je de deur kan openen sluit de app al weer af. Onbruikbaar dus. Beller krijgt melding dat er geen verbinding gemaakt kan worden.
Vve heeft abonnement met servicenummer wat ik niet wist.  Gebeld en binnen 5 minuten opgelost!  Recensie aangepast

Om de zoveel tijd ligt de app er uit en moet ik hem opnieuw installeren. En dan heb ik voor de zoveelste keer een pakket gemist. Het is een vreselijk systeem.

Ons systeem werkt alleen via de telefoon, dus geen WiFi verbinding  en dit raad ik echt niemand aan.

Zo nu en dan werkt het een beetje. Als de app opent (en niet meteen weg floept) moet ik eerst de speaker en mic aanzetten. Vaak opent hij dus helemaal niet. En als er al open is gedaan blijft de andere telefoon door rinkelen. Heel onhandig als je niet maar ook wel samen bent. Totale verspilling van VVE geld.

Volgens de info van intratone (in de app zelf, zie onderstaand de betreffende vraag en antwoord) is de app op meerdere apparaten te gebruiken, en stoppen de oproepen zodra 1 apparaat de oproep aanneemt. 

In de praktijk blijven de andere apparaten de oproep echter (meestal) doorgeven als er al op een ander apparaat is opgenomen. Zeer verwarrend en vervelend, zekers als de gebruikers van de devices zich niet in elkaars nabijheid bevinden. 

Kan ik hetzelfde telefoonnummer op meerdere apparaten gebruiken?
Ja, u kunt uw mobiele nummer op verschillende apparaten gebruiken. De veiligheidscode die u per SMS ontvangt wordt altijd naar dit mobiele nummer verstuurd. In dit geval bellen alle apparaten op hetzelfde moment. Zodra u op één apparaat opneemt, stoppen de andere met bellen.

Krijg elke keer een telefoon oproep ipv een notificatie. En zodra je opneemt. Wordt er niks mee gedaan. Er is hier slecht over nagedacht.

Probably the worst software I’ve had the displeasure of having to interact with in my life. 

You’re supposed to get notification through the app to initiate a video call and open the door. This simply never happens. The intercom always falls back to a cellular call. 

Now this worked at the start, but by now I can’t even talk to whoever is at the intercom and I can’t open the door remotely by using the ‘*’ button. 

If your building uses this company’s intercom, better get used to leaving a note for deliveries saying to just call you so you can come to the door, much less hassle than trying to get this trash to work.
