## My JE Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "My JE"
the app doesn’t allow me to log in , i type
my
email and account number and then it says everything matches but sending email
for verification but no email ever comes frustrating
-- mmmane, 2025-09-19

### ***-- "Nice app But now starting to lag"
It use to keep up to date readings but it’s now over a week behind in data
-- Xkel999, 2025-03-02

### ***-- "Very good but"
The app is very good and the information shown is good
But the only neg comment would be the delay between between the figures and information shown
Would be better if the different rates like between economy 7 and standard rates
-- smwmartin, 2025-02-25

### ***** "Simplicity"
Excellent app. It makes the most of the self-reading meters. The ability to drill down in such detail is amazing.
-- Janet Helier, 2024-12-29

### ***** "Review"
It good to know how much you’re spend on electricity on a daily basis and see what appliance is using the most electricity.
-- Shock-je, 2024-11-20

### ****- "Dates"
Can you get the dates correct in the monthly review. It often skips dates and forward dates.
-- Steve St C, 2024-06-15

### *---- "App not working"
Can this be looked at as the app once downloaded does not work at all. Does not seems that requires any update, so up to date
-- isa bells, 2024-04-08

### **--- "Heading down hill rapidly"
I’ve been using the app since it was released and the more I use it, the more I want to delete it but keep hoping they will fix it 🤞
On the insights tab, it misses one or more days of readings each month and frequently sends me messages saying my usage is well below normal when it is the app being unable to read the data from my meter. Within a day or two the missing reading appears (sometimes) and negates the notification.
This pushes out the forecast for the month showing a significantly lower estimate for what it thinks I will use.
Occasionally, (it appears to be mainly December each year so far), when the app fails to add the DD payment to the bills tab for that month so my current bill is out.
I have tried reinstalling the app but that doesn’t fix the problem unless I log a ticket and they “reset” my account after which I have to wait a day or so before I can log back in.
The last couple of months the app just seems to hang if I try to view previous months data.
I waited for the latest update which came out the other day with “general improvements” but nothing seems to have been fixed … it still crashes and Decembers payment is still missing.
So far in January (12th) I am missing 2 days readings so the estimate is around half what it will be by the end of the month.
Probably best to scrap it and start again
-- Adrian Myatt, 2024-01-12

### *---- "App freeze on the latest update"
Your app is freezing on the starting page
Please fix the issue
-- Chris 1696, 2023-12-11

### ***-- "Really good."
It’s really good to have an idea how much I am using and to keep an eye on it. Many thanks.
