Easy Login: Sign in with the same credentials you use for your jea.com account. Don’t
have an account? It’s easy to set one up, right on the app.

View and Pay Your Bill: View your actual PDF bill and download if you need it. Pay your
way with a bank account, debit/credit card, or mobile wallet.

Check Your Consumption: View a graph of your electric and water usage with a

I hate JEA, their service is overpriced. My biggest gripe with this app is that it doesn’t remember my login info. I don’t care if it’s a security risk, it’s a pain in the backside, fix it to where this app remembers my login info.

### ***** "Touch ID"
Latest version does not support signin with Touch ID when selected in the app. The option worked in prior versions. There is still an option for Face ID on the signin screen but my IPad does not support that option. This functionality should be restored.

My household (HH) size has increased and have new appliances but there is no way to update HH composition or other measures in order to compare usage with other homes. I initially entered my info years ago on a desktop PC but now I only have an iPhone. Adding this feature to the app would be a welcome improvement.

Made a payment through the app from my bank account as I have been doing every month. Received a confirmation # and everything on June 13. On June 18, I received an email saying it was rejected for insufficient funds. I have to pay a $20 return check. Called my bank and they never received a request for payment. And that could have never happened because there way more that enough money in my account to cover that bill. Now I’m out off $20 and my record is blemish due to whatever this app have going on. All the other times when i paid in advance, this have never happened.

Error message every time I tried to login over the last month. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling, no change. Then I changed my password to meet the new requirements, still no change. I have to use the web browser to login to the website to do anything.

I attempted to make a payment a day early and it showed that my payment had been sent, but the money never came out of my account. Made the payment the day of and that’s when my payment went through completely. That’s the reason for the 4 stars.

I signed up for auto pay and it said I was enrolled and showed $0 due as if it had been paid. Then 2 payment returned with no alert or acknowledgment and then I was charged a past due because I had no idea it wasn't being paid.
