## My Key Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "WiFi doesn’t connect"
I have 2.4 and 5g and none show up. UPDATE THE APP TO SUPPRT 5G. It’s about to be 2025 not 1990
-- lorab0, 2024-11-12

### *---- "WiFi"
Why doesn’t the system supports 5G. I’ve been unable to connect to WiFi. I overall like the lock against people telling me to purchase Yale or a more reliable brand.
-- Monet Nik, 2024-09-15

### *---- "Trash"
Return this item it’s garbage
-- stevue david, 2024-08-30

### *---- "No support."
They tell you not to return the product without talking to them, but you can’t talk to anyone. Phone lines are busy. Please leave your name and number and will call back, and they never do. Installed the lock and cannot get it hooked up to the Wi-Fi.
-- danthemancankc, 2024-01-03

### ***** "Use it on 13 houses!!!"
This app is fantastic. Easy access to 13 different locks, shares keys and admin easily, deletes shared codes when necessary… really top notch and easy to use. Make sure the person you’re trying to share with is set up properly FIRST with app down loaded AND account registered or you get error messages.
-- Andimorici, 2023-11-22

### *---- "If you replace your phone, you can’t re-pair to new phone, making lock worthless"
Title says it all! Replaced phone, now unable to configure lock, have to reset lock, can’t reset because I don’t have the master code, the app clears the code!
-- rocketcuse, 2023-06-04

### ***** "Works Great!"
I’m gonna be a little presumptuous and assume all these 1* reviews are from totally non-technical people and/or people that have unrealistic expectations of this app. Have you ever tried to program an unlock code in one of these deadbolts before the app? Nightmare. This app made it super easy. I can even lock and unlock the door from inside my house. I haven’t tried away from home, but I have zero expectation of that. I just want to program the code easily and this app did exactly that. I may never use it again, who knows. It did what I want. Highly recommend.
-- Mike G SBL, 2023-01-24

### ***** "Working Fine"
I have been using this app for over a year and so far it works well. I can easily share my ekey to my wife without an issue.
-- Dj1971Q, 2022-10-07

### ***** "Perfect for my door!"
Easy to install and Program. Already shared a code for my cleaner!!!
-- Yellow Daisy 2, 2022-09-28

### ***** "Easy to Install"
Easy to understand and quick. Just really pay attention or you may miss something
-- PëD_Ro, 2022-09-28
