The app doesn’t work and you need it in order to set up the lock! So I spent 149.00 for nothing! -- MzSweetgoneSour, 2025-03-11 ### *---- "Awful Awful Awful" This app, like the actual product (TruBolt) is soo bad! I have registered and signed up on the app and the system continually says wrong email/password even though I screenshot my info. No confirmation email either. As for TruBolt, this is a bunch of junk and huge waste of money. There is NO customer service number or email or social media presence so you can reach them. I didn’t even want to give this app 1 star but had to otherwise I couldn’t leave a review. Spend your money on something that has a good reputation. -- Gingergal39, 2024-05-29 ### *---- "Temporary passcode doesn't even work" Title says it all. I tried using the temporary passcode feature and it wouldn't work. Just kept telling me it was an incorrect passcode. The Wi-Fi feature of this deadbolt is pointless because none of it works properly. -- esanetznik, 2023-10-28 ### *---- "Can’t put a date range for the codes" I didn’t think it was possible to have a mobile app that didn’t include a date range and time that you could provide access. The only option is the permanent code, or 4,8,24 hours. You also can’t put the code you want. Worst is there is no customer service to contact to troubleshoot anything. -- Ned Shuck, 2023-07-27 ### ****- "Works good so far" Works good so far…. -- The Duder1, 2023-06-12 ### *---- "Can’t connect" Can’t connect device once wifi goes off. Restart restore everything and still doesn’t work. -- .AK.87., 2023-06-03 ### *---- "Poor Execution" I’m an Electronics Engineer and am very good with technology. This lock, or should I say the App along with the written instructions are garbage! I’ve spent way too much time trying to get this lock to simply work. I just want the stupid thing to allow entry with a key code - not an unreasonable request. I used a lower cost unit without an App on my garage and was done in a couple of minutes. This, I’ll probably end up returning and try a different brand. -- Tired of being spied on, 2023-05-01 ### ***-- "Push Notifications Please" It would be great if this app had push notifications so I can be told when my door has been locked and unlocked. -- murphy59, 2023-04-28 ### *---- "Not user friendly. No tech support" Switched phones and tried to log back in and was having trouble. Then I tried to reset my password and it said my email didn’t exist and when I did the phone number it wouldn’t send me a text. Needs more support -- Beastdog7, 2022-11-28 ### ***** "Not bad" Can be a little off at times but overall is not as bad as people make it seem -- PëD_Ro, 2022-09-28 [View all My Key Mobile Plus reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## My Key Mobile Plus Discovered Keywords -
