Important information: Use of the app is free. The app is accessible free of charge via the Wi-Fi of your home. The app requires a connection to the Wi-Fi network of your Livebox Fiber. So it cannot be used outside your home, via the 3G/4G/5G mobile network. To be able to launch the My Livebox Fiber app, you first have to connect to the Wi-Fi network of your Livebox Fiber with your smartphone or tablet. For this, use the default Wi-Fi key indicated on the sticker on the bottom of your Livebox Fiber.
