Your app doesn't allow me to use my iPhone FaceID security option to login to my account. I've tried to set it up several times however the next time I attempt to sign in, I still have to enter my password. Can you fix this please? Then I will give you a better rating.

I had switched to LoanCare a few years ago and originally it went thru different names and still to this day it is very confusing to understand which mortgage company I am dealing with! During Covid I did fall behind and ever since they have need a real problem! They currently run my credit as being behind in payments even after I fulfilled my agreement with them to get my payments caught up. It is impossible to get a hold of an agent to discuss my account even after being transferred several times to several different departments and being disconnected after waiting for over 2 hours and several transfers.

Their info says to go to their website to make a payment, simple and easy, then there’s no place on the website to make a payment then they make you get a different app then they share your information with third parties and you don’t have a choice it’s either make your house payment or let them sell you as a product by force. Miss a payment or let us sell you.

I was switched to this company a few months ago. They are ok but I prefer rocket mortgage way better. For the simple fact that they allow you to pay thru out the month OR you could pay in full. This company only allows you to pay in full. PLEASE CHANGE THIS! I noticed I’m not the only one complaining about it.
