It also allows you to report local maintenance issues and receive news from participating authorities. The App is designed primarily for South Australian councils and only provides a waste collection schedule for subscriber councils mainly in South Australia. App expects you to be onsite when reporting and as such defaults to your current location. Waste of a download! -- Franko Finch, 2023-09-24 ### *---- "City of Charles Sturt Council wrong address many issues" The City of Charles Sturt fails to address many of the issues reported via the app including, but not limited to, graffiti on power poles, graffiti on power boxes (those huge metal ones), dumping on vacant lots of land, trashed and graffitied water towers, hoarders, dumped shopping trolleys, etc. By contrast, when you use other apps such as Snap, Send, Solve, the issue reported is directed to the correct government body or other organisation.
