## My MAB Description
The My MAB App is a digital mortgage coach, designed to help you save for, plan, and track your home buying journey.

Our app is geared to help you find your dream home, no matter where you are in the process. Whether you’re currently saving for your deposit or are ready to sign the paperwork, the My MAB App has everything you need to keep you on track.

How does it work? It’s simple.

Keep track of the journey

Keep yourself on task with our handy checklist. This will help you work through every step of the home buying process and make sure you’re always on the right track.

Work out how much you can borrow

With our affordability tools, you can calculate how much you’re able to borrow, making the task of budgeting effortless and pain free. We’ll look at what you’re able to afford, and give an estimate of what your monthly mortgage repayments could look like.

Build your own savings

With our deposit builder and savings tracker, it’s easier than ever to keep track of how much you still need to save, as well as when you’ll be able to buy.

Read our expert advice articles

Our library of expert advice articles has the answers to all your home buying questions. We know the entire process can be overwhelming, but our expert advice articles can help guide you through your journey, from step one to completion.

Ask our AI Coach your home buying questions

We know that buying a home comes with a lot of questions. AI Coach is here to help address them and give you personalised answers based on the details you’ve entered in the app.
