## My Massey Reviews in United States

### *---- "Take it off the App Store"
If no one is maintaining this please remove it because it’s not even working. No one can log in, it’s giving your customers a bad experience.
-- kaceface1869, 2025-09-26

### *---- "I wish I could give a lower star than one."
When I first hired the company to spray my yard, their app was pretty good and now overtime the app has gotten to be worse and worse and absolutely useless. They need to fire their IT company and hire a company who can make their app work like it should.
-- TangeeTLC, 2025-08-21

### *---- "Worst app ever"
This is the wrost app ever made. It never work, nobody at Massey can provide assistance and they keep saying there is jothing rhey can do about it.
-- Massey app is junk, 2025-07-21

### *---- "Good Luck"
We have had a very bad experience with this company. We have Landscape Services and have had reported issues without resolution. Each time thy come out I’m told that the lawn doesn’t get enough sun. The app doesn’t work either and their customer service people have said “it never does”

C’mon Massey you said you were the best. Prove it!
-- Yankee59, 2024-10-04

### *---- "App fails constantly"
Again I thought I would just sign in to app and pay my bill. Well, that didn’t happen it’s been at least a dozen attempts on my part to be able to sign in. So I just called and it’s now set up for auto pay, I think maybe it’s not working is my new to me iphone15, and Massey hasn’t updated there software to recognize newer iPhones. I’m thinking I’ll check out the competition and see if there system works..
-- sesame man, 2024-06-25

### *---- "Worst app ever."
This is the worst app. This company apparently bought my local pest control company. Now, you can’t reach a human. Tried to get set up with this app to check on my bill. BIG FAIL!! Zero stars.
-- Zip cstr svc, 2024-06-18

### ***** "I mean seems like working ok for me"
I prefer this over their website tbh!
-- SamP2020, 2023-09-18

### *---- "Does not work"
Unable to add payment method to account.
-- eliryan, 2023-08-01

### *---- "Barely Works..."
App barely works, it doesn't allow you to remove or add new payment method. It's poorly developed & appears to lack even simple QA testing!
-- RDSC2021, 2023-07-13

### *---- "Can’t log on"
I’ve tried and tried to login to my account. Will not let me on my phone or iPad. Guess the next step is to try a computer. Frustrating!
