It’s just a front end to their web site. It doesn’t remember my password. It doesn’t fill the screen of a “notched” iPhone. I can’t use FaceID. A browser shortcut saved to the Home Screen is actually an improvement. But do they care? NO! I only have their insurance because it’s what my employer provides, and they KNOW it! The “hide details” button just takes you to the details page. there are no navigation back or forward arrows. The claims aren’t listed by date of service or location, only the claim number which is not helpful. The desktop website is really the only way you can navigate through Medcost and that isn’t even simple. Very disappointed with this app. Some very minor changes could make it a much better experience and I wonder if anyoneFrom the development company is even reading these reviews.
