The audacity to send a reminder to update to the new app when it’s not even working properly. I’ve been trying to login using my old acct info but it says my email is not associated to any acct yet but when I create a new account it notifies me that my email is already associated to old acct and cant proceed. Pick a struggle meralco this is annoying!

VERY BAD APP. Not helpful at all. Makes things very difficult for users. Former
System of logging in thru google was easier. All enrolled accounts are easily accessible. Payment has to be made one by one OR all accounts at once- even if the enrolled account is for monitoring only by the lessor!!
