I have repeatedly tried to open the app on my iPhone 14pro max and it will not open

The app won't open
It won't even let me sign in.
Doesn’t load
Been trying to use this app for a few months and doesn’t even load. Just take it off the App Store if it’s non-functional
Lenteur et erreurs fréquentes
J’utilise différents services d’épicerie en ligne depuis 4 ans, l’application Métro n’est pas à la hauteur. Des lenteurs très fréquentes et des erreurs forçant à redémarrer l’application 1 fois sur 5. De plus, les prix ne s’ajustent pas selon les promotions de la date de livraison. Cela fait plus qu’un an alors je comprend que l’expérience client n’est pas très importante pour Metro.
L’app ne s’ouvre pas
Cela fait deux fois que je me trouve à une caisse chez un marchand Métro ou Jean Coutu et l’app ne s’ouvre juste pas. Ça "load" à l’infini et je n’ai pas pu accumuler de points.

I don’t have time to sign in at the cash register. It’s not convenient at all.

Try to open it for weekly coupon DL imposdible
Will not log in
On a regular basis you just can’t get past the login. You get a picture of raspberries (how appropriate) and it spins forever.
Hangs constantly.
Good luck trying to get anything other than a spinning wheel waiting and trying to restart does nothing
