## My Metro Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Metro"
Not working right with new update it is terrible right now fix the problem
-- Babykitty13, 2026-10-22

### *---- "Inutile"
-- lolitanbdjxkenbx, 2026-10-18

### **--- "Spinning circle of doom :("
Can’t log in via app, eternally stuck on a spinning circle after entering my info, which is a bit frustrating. It worked fine for a while, but it’s been months of this problem now, and deleting the app and redownloading doesn’t help at all.

Great we can load out coupons and see the flyer on the site, but the app needs a bit more work for stability?

Hope you get it sorted soon!
-- Ghoulcaller, 2026-10-18

### *---- "Do NOT order your groceries here"
It will say your order was cancelled 30 minutes later apparently because instacart took the money

THEN you think you’re checking out for 2PM but it goes grey after you put in your details. Making you forced to order later in the day.

I want to check out my order but it’s showing a GREY button when said time was already listed as available 5 minutes ago

Calling “express shippping” 5 hours from now a “deal” express is supposed to be fast.

Lastly, things you add to your list randomly dissapear from your order. I know for a fact I had added black garbage bags to the order, they just disappeared from the order?!
-- Ashkinova, 2026-10-15

### *---- "App Crashes Constantly"
This app constantly crashes or does weird stuff to my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I have the latest version as of October 11, 2026 and every single time I open this stupid app to have my metroCard scanned at self checkout or checkout. The app will crash and sometimes cause the black screen of death on my iPhone, resulting in me having to power off the phone. I strongly suggest everyone simply use the browser version of Metro to load their coupons because otherwise your phone will just continue to blow up.

P.s i’ve even brought my phone to the Apple Store thinking that it might be my phone. That’s the issue, but after confirming with two individual senior Apple technicians, the problem is with the app.
-- Shanainai1999, 2026-10-11

-- Chinoise6715, 2026-10-11

### *---- "Horrible App"
This app is completely broken. You can’t navigate it without crashing. When you manage to get to the Moi Rewards, you can only add a physical card, you can’t link to your online account, which is all I have. Moi rewards are a joke too, the whole process is broken. I’ve deleted my Moi Rewards account and will be deleting the Metro app after writing this review
-- Mattabmill, 2026-10-08

### *---- "Broken App"
I used to log into my Metro app. It’s no longer possible. It forces you to choose a favourite store but then doesn’t let you actually select a store so you’re permanently stuck on that page. Can’t load Moi deals, can’t see flyer and can’t actually get into the app itself. So frustrated I uninstalled the app and avoid shopping at Metro.
-- Martin Hastings, 2026-10-03

### *---- "App Rarely Works"
I can’t even open this app most of the time! When it works, it’s fine.
-- Frenchonista, 2026-09-24

-- Latortueverte, 2026-09-17

### *---- "Lol"
The most pathetic rewards. You need to spend $300 to get back $1 worth of points in Ontario lol
-- 184290548952, 2026-09-15

### *---- "Waste of Space"
You can’t even track your previous orders made through the same app.
-- Ranan-1, 2026-09-12

-- Patatephiloto, 2026-09-10

### *---- "stuck on loading screen"
app isn’t loading it’s just stuck on the loading screen, I understand the relentless 1 star reviews.
-- HE77ION, 2026-09-01

### *---- "Terrible"
I just want to add my moi card to my phone wallet. Who’s the useless employee that had to justify their job by making me download a broken app to simply add a damn card to a wallet. Should save yourselves money and fire everyone involved in this useless app.
-- Kyle Dibs, 2026-08-30

### *---- "Scan feature never works"
When you try to scan the bar code to check the price, it will never work
-- Mariokiyo, 2026-08-29

-- Rubis13, 2026-08-27

### *---- "Bug"
Bug constamment
-- Simon Sicard, 2026-08-25

### *---- "App not working since latest update"
Can see or check out on the app since last update this week:(
-- Kitties Kat lover 200, 2026-08-17
