Someone just called right now and said that he just sent me 500ghs. I ended the call immediately. After I did, the prompt came that I should authorize payment for 500ghs? Please MTN, how is that possible without even allowing cash out? I’m even scared to check my balance. What is all these? Why are you people enabling them? What are the measures taken to make us feel safe and keep our money safe? This is my last. I’ll never use momo and will discourage its use. Mtcheeeew

On the first page , on first use of the app it stated and I quote “Free to use. Use myMTN for free as it does not require your data bundle. However, your data connection must be on. “
But this is entirely a false advertising because the app doesn’t work when you don’t have data. Come to think of it this app is needed to purchase data so if it’s not free to use then it’s totally useless. It’s better I stick to the short codes for purchases rather than an app made by mtn just to drain your data. And it’s also very unreliable. When you need to make quick cash out allow it delays. This app is just rubbish. Needs to do what it says it does other than that it’s just a waste. 

Stop scamming us Mtn we already have a lot of scammers to deal with on daily basis please don’t add up to it. Tell us the truth if we like it we’ll download 😡🤬😡😡😡😡
