The official my NDIS app lets you manage your NDIS plan on the go, from your iPhone.

The user-friendly, accessible app gives you a simple way to claim your NDIS supports.

Quickly check your balance and make a claim as soon as you get your support, wherever you are.

You can also save payees and favourite your frequent claims for quick and easy processing. 

The my NDIS app has a secure and easy sign in and seamlessly connects to myGov.

Use the my NDIS app to:
•	View and manage your plan or your child’s plan.
•	View your budget and quickly see what’s left.
•	Make, view and monitor your claims on the go. 
•	Favourite your frequent claims for quick and easy processing
•	Safely save your receipts and claims. 

If you are a child representative or nominee you can use the app to easily view your child or a participant’s plan goals, check budgets and make claims.

I have been using the app for just over a year now with no issue and all of a sudden it won’t load and login. Extremely frustrating as I cannot use the funds allocated for my child who has a disability!!

Previous app used to allow you to view an invoice or attachment after attaching to confirm it’s the correct one. The new update does not allow that, please amend to include the previous feature. Thanks

I was so impressed with the ndis and thought it was great. Since the recent changes it takes me about 15 minutes to actually get into the app. It is buffers.  It is not my internet speed as I have checked the speed numerous times. It is a shame it is no longer great.

App won’t get past retrieving budget… have pid $900 of claims as it usually takes 2 days, been waiting 2 weeks and can’t submit any claims either. When I call I’m told to wait for the payment team!
$900 is a lot to wait weeks to be refunded!

Been trying to log in and it says error code 1. So I have rang 3 seperate times about this and raised a certificate with technical support and it’s been about 6 weeks since my initial call and nothing has been fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t log in still!!!!!!!!!! USELESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!!

When I went on the app it advised me it had been updated to newest version. I went to submit a new claim, however when I select review claim nothing happens. Have tried closing and reopening app but no luck. Please fix this ASAP.

I can’t access the app and whenever I try it breaks the internet on my phone entirely and I have to switch in and out of airplane mode to get internet working again. I need to make claims so I can pay my services! Please fix this asap 😭

Used to love this app but after the recent update I have tried logging in and it says to connect it to my myGov account I have tried to do that and it just comes up with an error code and can’t link the two, despite all of the login details being correct and so can no longer access the app have called the ndis helpline and no one there seems to be able to help either.

The worst app ever developed. Australia should be ashamed of themselves and the distress it has caused us has been nothing short of traumatising. The customer service is rude and for dealing with the vulnerable are absolutely abhorrent in the way they take no responsibility for any issues and are predatory in their behaviour in the way they deal with issues. It is always the users fault and they don’t want to fix anything on the spot.
