When I called them to talk about the issue they directed me to three different departments and in last one of the representatives told me to call tomorrow because the department for that issue is closed where the first person could say the same thing and avoid my time to be waste. -- Shinwari84, 2024-08-08 ### ***-- "Unable to get camera to focus when scanning barcodes" I think this is an issue only for newer model Iphones with different cameras. On my Iphone 15 Pro Max the app selects the camera for medium/long distance and doesn’t allow it to focus on barcodes that are up close. Wish there was an option or way to choose which camera it scans the barcodes with. -- Soccer_pro123, 2024-05-20 ### ***** "Barcode isn't focusing." I don't want to leave a one-star review, so I'm leaving five, but please fix the bug!!! This happened after the app update; when I try to scan a barcode, it simply won't focus. Consequently, entering staff into the system takes longer than usual! I've tried on different devices, and my friends are experiencing the same issue. -- Ana Mazunina, 2024-05-13 ### *---- "Fix it please" The app is freezing when I open the app it freeze and kick me out, it need to be fix asap pls -- M&M Grocery, 2024-05-12 ### *---- "Yikes" Ever since the latest update it won’t open. Just crashes. Even if I delete and reinstall. Support doesn’t understand. I love NRS- it’s a great company, but the support when there’s an issue is non existent. But they try to charge a 4 year old bank card and they have no problem calling. Emailing. And texting non stop. Toxic. -- StickamGillan, 2024-05-11 ### ***** "Nrs" Giving me blank screen when I try to open app -- S.kkhan, 2024-05-11 ### ****- "Question" The Face ID feature worked back then when logging in but now doesn’t work anymore? Can you please fix it thanks -- wadhah1, 2024-03-13 ### *---- "Crashing" The app crashes every time you open it. -- Ks1157, 2024-01-01 [View all My NRS Store reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to My NRS Store - [Core-Mark](https://apptail.io/app/core-mark-Dfbb/united-states) - [ZiiZii Order Entry](https://apptail.io/app/ziizii-order-entry-Efbb/united-states) - [H.T.
