Manage your account from your phone, with My O2. You’ll be able to add data Bolt Ons, see your recent charges and check your allowances, whenever you want. And you can sign in quickly and securely with your fingerprint.
If you’re on Pay Monthly, you’ll be able to:
- See how much data you’ve got left
- Check your tariff and allowances
- Add a Bolt On if you’re running low on data
- View your bill and see who you’ve been calling and texting
- Pay your bill quickly and securely
- Check your upgrade options
- Change your tariff
- Get perks, offers and more
If you’re on Pay As You Go, you’ll be able to:
- See your balance and allowances
- Add a Bolt On if you’re running low on data, minutes or texts
- Top up using our automated call service
- See your calling plan prices
- Get help with your device, bill and more
- Find a free O2 Wifi hotspot
If you’re on Pay Monthly, you’ll have been given your username and password when you joined us. If you’ve forgotten them, just go to the My O2 sign in page and click ‘Help me sign in’.
If you’re on Pay As You Go, go to o2.co.uk/register to sign up to My O2. If you’ve forgotten your login details, go to the My O2 sign in page and click Register now.
Once you’ve signed in on your phone or tablet, you’ll be able to set up a pin. Or on certain devices, you’ll be able to sign in using your fingerprint. So it’s quick and easy to get onto the app.
Bear in mind that the My O2 app isn’t available for O2 Business customers. And if you use the app outside of our Europe Zone, data roaming charges might apply.

Been using MyO2 for a while now and it's super handy. Can see all my data and minutes left really quickly instead of just guessing like I did before. Upgrading my plan was really easy too, just a few taps. The app also tells me when my contract is ending so I know when to switch or renew. No problems so far, works great for what I need!

Overcharging bills

Absolutely hopeless to deal with I had to phone 6 times to get my bill reduced to the £5 per month it once was. Eventually it got sorted and my account was credited to the amount owed which should still be £30 in credit. Then I looks at my billing there and it’s saying I’m going to be charged £10 on the 2nd of January 2025. Which will again involve a lengthy call to someone who will then deal with it and subsequently make a mess of it. I urge anyone who is thinking of joining o2 to reconsider its a nightmare

At present still looking. Had to pay first bill by debit card? Set up ddr thru virgin media then deleted but not by me then entered again. Puzzling system by Telefonica?

Pointless app . Doesn’t offer the services required , and when you try to use the online chat it just seems to send you around in circles .

I’m sure it’s deliberate to make it difficult to access anything that might reduce your income But having been in one of your B area locations that I have previously been to and paid £6 a day it is galling to find I have been charged at premium rates. Yes you say that I was sent a message to tell me so but having used you service for many years without having to read yet more messages I find it underhand to make me check these things. I will be moving to another provider unless you refund the recent area B Charges

1 star is too high. Having obtained a pac code. 2 weeks later 02 still unable to transport over from vodaphone to 02. Spent over 45 minutes on the phone only to raise the second technical ticket. Was promised another call today but heard nothing. Customer service is terrible and looks like will have to look for an alternative. What a complete waste of time.
